Service description
RivalRadar is an AI-powered competitor monitoring service that delivers weekly intelligence digests. The service is provided by Kizz Studio ("we", "us").
Acceptable use
You agree to use RivalRadar only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to monitor websites you are not authorized to access, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
Account and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the billing period. Free trial periods do not require a credit card.
Data and content
We monitor publicly available web pages only. Intelligence reports generated for you are yours to use. We do not claim ownership of your data or reports.
Limitation of liability
RivalRadar is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of competitor intelligence. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding month.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
